Kristiina Halonen, M.Sc. (econ. & bus. adm.)

Background

Kristiina Halonen has over 10 years  experience in developing leadership and management solutions. She has worked  as head of HR in Kalevala Koru and in eQ Online and also as an entrepreneur.

Expertise

Kristiina is very familiar with the issues of strategic well-being, self-leadership and people risk management. She is finalizing her dissertation thesis with people risk management in Finnish organizations at Aalto University. Kristiina´s special areas of interest are well-being audits, well-being strategy and people risk management consulting. She believes that the best  solutions for the client will be found by combining theory and practice.  In her training toolkit, Kristiina specially likes to use leadership coaching .

Free time

In her free time, Kristiina, mother of four sons and one daughter,  spends time with her family doing all kinds of sports and travelling, especially in the Alps or Ruka.
