Background Mauri Metsäranta, Managing Director and Leading Consultant, has over 20 years international experience in IT- and communication industry. Before joining Pertec Mauri had ten years career in global sales, marketing and business development in Nokia. Mauri has held several senior management positions also in Siemens, Finpro and Sonera. In these roles Mauri has got wide international experience in leading cross-cultural teams, strategy development, product management and development of global business processes. Expertise Mauri is very familiar with the issues in leading organizations, teams and experts in global, networked business environment, especially in Europe, South East Asia and China. Mauri’s key interest areas include leading and managing value networks, collaboration and communication in cross-cultural environment, NetGeneration or gereration Y work culture and executive coaching. Free time Mauri is eager to photograph people in their own living environment and learn about new cultures to him, which he has done already in 78 countries.
