Sudhanshu Palsule works internationally with individuals and organizations, helping them to renew and transform themselves. Sudhanshu draws deeply on the natural potential that exists in people, teams and companies to help them renew themselves creatively.
He has worked as a Senior Advisor to the United Nations, helping the UN develop its leadership capacity. Prior to this, he used to be the Group Head of Learning and Organization Development for Anglian Water, UK.
Sudhanshu is also a visiting professor at the University of Buckingham in the UK and the author of several books in management including “Managing in Four Worlds”. He has his cultural roots in India and in the west, and has worked and lived in the USA, Denmark, Australia and the UK. Sudhanshu has joined Pertec Consulting at the begining of 2003.
