Pentti Sydänmaanlakka

Pentti Sydänmaanlakka PhD is the Leading Consultant and the Chairman of the Board of Pertec Consulting Oy. He has a wide range of experiences in all areas of human resource management with an international background ranging from Europe, USA and Asia. He has earlier worked in executive positions for companies such as Nokia, Kone, Siemens and Nixdorf. Pentti has made his dissertation on "Intelligent Leadership and Leadership Competencies" in the Helsinki University of Technology in 2003. He has also written three best-seller books about innovative leadership: Intelligent Organization (2000), Intelligent Leadership (2004) and Intelligent Self-leadership (2006). Pentti Sydänmaanlakka has also been the Chairman of the Finnish Association of Human Resource Management (HENRY).
