Pertec’s services have their basis in scientific research, in organisational audits, in individual and team assessments, the best practices of successful corporations and in the best possible consultancy tools and training methods. Our services are available in Finnish and in English; and many also in Swedish.

The Pertec experts provide auditing and consultancy, develop the performance, competence and knowledge management methods of organisations. The objective is an Intelligent Organisation in which efficiency, renewal and well-being are in balance.

In training individuals and teams, we use The Intelligent Leadership framework which is based on a Doctoral Thesis. This is extended by Leadership of Networks and Virtual Teams, Cross-Cultural Leadership and Coaching Management Teams.

Good leadership starts in the leader herself. Being aware of one’s strengths, leadership competence and areas in need of improvement form the starting point of both Intelligent Self-Leadership as well as coaching. Pertec provides three Coaching services that complement each other, namely: Executive Coaching (coaching a Managing Director or Board member); 360 Leadership Coaching (personal leadership coaching based on 360 or self-assessment); and Cross-Cultural Leadership Coaching (personal multicultural coaching).

Alongside and supporting the product groups of leading organisations, individuals and teams and self-leadership we provide programmes to enhance Determination of Values, Strategic Leadership, Cultural Integration of Organisations and Leading Change, Renewal and Innovation.
