Training and coaching

Pertec’s training and development programmes begin with a detailed analysis of the situation, using branded and tested interviews and questionnaires, 360 assessment and self-assessment, cultural assessment and creativeness and learning style tests. The same methods are also used to document improvement and to assess effectiveness. To make things easy, most of our tests are available as online questionnaires through Pertec’s learning portal.

 

In addition to assessment, Pertec’s customer-specific learning portals enable the distribution of learning material, offer guidance and make it possible to do course assignments and programme administration. We can also take complete charge of the training programme in question - “keys in hand” - including the administration of participants and the arranging the venue and accommodation.
