Coaching Management Teams
Our objective is an efficient team of leaders in which the members are committed to shaping and working towards shared targets and to following the rules they have jointly agreed upon. The training programme starts with a careful analysis of the situation, carried out by interviewing all the team members. As a result we get a clear idea of what the team members expect and how well the team is functioning. In the following one to three team workshops the team’s role and objectives are set and joint rules of conduct are outlined.
Our Management Team Coaching programme can be used to complement the training. This programme focuses on current leadership challenges, such as strategy implementation, and performance, competence, and change management.
