Intelligent Self Leadership

Intelligent Self-Leadership training is about finding out what being the Managing Director of Self Ltd entails, as well as about providing stimuli, ideas and tools to work efficiently as a self-leader. The aim of the training is to stop for a moment to have a look at what we have inside us and to find new resources within, thus finding energy for coping, for achieving renewal and personal efficiency. We are looking to answer the following questions:

What are the challenges of leadership today?

How to retain our efficiency; to find the strength to energise and to motivate ourselves?

What do total wellness and well-being mean?

How can we find balance in our lives in the midst of our rushed existence?

How is personal change possible?

How to make a personal development and strategy plan for our lives?

The training programme makes use of a self-assessment tool to evaluate self-leadership, the book “Intelligent Self-Leadership” and a comprehensive work book to outline a personal development plan.

Organisation-specific 1-to-2-day training sessions comprise short presentations, open discussions, individual and group work, and fitness and relaxation exercises.

The training style is interactive and the emphasis of the programme is determined by the group in question. The aim is to assess total wellness, not just physical fitness.
