The focus of this training is on one of the key challenges today, namely: How to look after our most important assets – continuous renewal, creativeness and innovation. Successful organisations have the ability to renew themselves, to anticipate change and to learn fast.

- crystallises what creativeness and innovation mean to one’s work in practice

- shows ways of enhancing and leading creativeness

- provides tools for assessing creativeness of individuals, teams and organisations

- presents a concrete set of tools to promote creativeness of individuals, teams and organisations.

The training is aimed at leaders of organisations and at experts, striving to enhance the learning, renewal and creativeness of their organisations. The training consists of one-to-two day training sessions, preceded by a thorough analysis of the situation, through interviews and assessment.
